Las Ketchup is a Spanish girl group originally consisting of sisters Lucía, Lola, and Pilar Muñoz. Their music career began with being discovered by flamenco record producer Mauel "Queco" Ruiz. The group's debut album, Hijas del Tomate (2002), sold 2 million copies worldwide, largely on the strength of the lead single "The Ketchup Song (Aserejé)". As of 2006, "The Ketchup Song" has sold over 7 million copies worldwide. The group took an extended absence to write songs for their second album and for Pilar to raise her new baby. In 2006, fellow sister Rocío Muñoz joined Las Ketchup, and the new quartet released their sophomore alum, Un Blodymary. Read more here...
