Richard is a male bison who auditioned to be part of Buster Moon's singing competition in Sing. AppearanceRichard is a bison with a black, curly afro. He wears a purple leather jacket, black jeans with chains on each side, and purple shoes. PersonalityRichard appears to be clumsy, but caring overall. He easily becomes nervous, even to the point of flatulence. BiographySingRichard auditioned with the 1999 song "Butterfly" by Crazy Town, but was ultimately rejected from the singing competition, due to his flatulence. Upon being rejected, he stomped in frustration, accidentally squashing Ray. He felt very bad for this and carried him out of the Moon Theater, passing gas with each step. Later, the two are seen singing together to Meena's rendition of "Don't You Worry 'bout a Thing" by Stevie Wonder in the remains of the Moon Theater. Come HomeRichard reappears in a cameo in Come Home. When Angie signs out, Richard can be briefly seen in the background being wheeled down the hall on a gurney. Quotes
