Sherry-Anne's mother is a light brown kangaroo with a white muzzle and ears. She wears a pink sweatsuit and blue sneakers, along with a red heart-shaped necklace.
Sherry-Anne's mother appears to be a stereotypical "stage mom", taking great pride in her daughter's performance ability and becoming very upset when Sherry-Anne doesn't win or advance in a competition.
She also has a southern accent, another trait sometimes attributed to the pageant mom stereotype.
On stage during the auditions, Sherry-Anne's mother takes her out of the pouch-like pocket of her sweatsuit and holds her up to the microphone by her overall straps so she can sing.
She was furious after her daughter was eventually not selected to be a part of the singing competition. As they made their exit from the theater along with the other rejected participants, she roughly shoves her daughter back into her pouch-pocket, blaming Buster Moon's alleged incompetence and claiming her daughter will be a star one day.
