You will have to wait for our two month consensus. Every two months, the wiki will have a community discussion regarding the rules, layouts, and admins on the wiki to make sure everything is running smoothly and is in everyone's favor. If the community votes that we need another admin or need to replace one, admin applications will be accepted.

I have been a user in this wiki since today (June 19, 2016).
So far, I have made more than 60+ edits.
I have never been block from wikis.
I will be active on wikis from now on.
I never been a Content or a Discussion moderator before.
Application:
I am not an administrator for any of the wikis.
My name is Disneynickfan1. I am a typical gamer that loves to play games.
Some of the skills that I have as an administrator would be to be able to help other users, code CSS and JavaScript, add necessary information, remove unnecessary information, make sure that everything goes smoothly, make sure that there aren't any information that would gone missing and more!
Some of the weaknesses that would affect me would be to get stress over something unnecessary and little things. I always would get stress over something like that since I always wanted to make sure that everything is perfect, and there weren't any mistakes at all. I don't want anything to look bad at all because if it did look bad, I would hate it and make sure that everything would look good again. Because of that, I would end up spending the whole time making it perfect and not being able to get enough sleep. And because I didn't get enough sleep, I ended up getting sick the next day.
There weren't any users that recommended me to become an administrator.
That's all I have to say about this.
Example Situations:
If I caught someone violating the rules on the Wikia, I would immediately go to their Message Wall and asked them why did they violate the rule. After I listen to what they have to say about it, I would pardon them, but I would still give them a warning since as far as I know, no one wants to see anyone breaking the rule again because if they break the rule again, it could lead to another warning or being blocked by one of the administators for unlimited amount of days. If they did it again, I would still ask them why they did that and give them another warning.
Admin Bio:
Hi, I am Disneynickfan1. I am a gamer since I always would love to play games such as Brave Frontier, Mario Kart 8, Asphalt 8, and more. I am a very, very helpful person. I always like helping others since helping people is a nice thing to do and you could always make new friends by helping others.
Introduction: Give a short introduction about yourself as a person and a user.
Hello! I am SirBlaze of Wikia/Fandom. I am the primary administrator of the PAW Patrol, PJ Masks and Pig Goat Banana Cricket Wikis.
Work ethic: Give an explanation about how you work, how well you work with others, and what your working style is.
During my time on Wikia, I have always loved to get wikis looking as top-of-the-line as it can be. I like to utilize my grammar expertise on pages that need it. I am very keen with designing wikis and bringing forth new ideas to help a wiki grow when it needs it. I love the satisfying feeling I get when a page and/or wiki looks neat, tidy, and eye catching. I tend to do most work on my own, but I am comfortable with working with others, especially during times when editing can get repetitive for any reason (eg. adding a certain template to each page). Some people usually come to me when they have a question on how to edit something, or if they'd like my assistance on something. When I edit on a wiki, I tend to do a lot of work in a short amount of time.
Weaknesses: Give an explanation about any weaknesses you posses that may affect you as an admin.
I will be mostly unavailable on Friday evenings due to a radio job. At times, I may make a small typo or two in editing but otherwise there are no major weaknesses.
Experience: List any experience you have on any other wiki. Please tell what other wikis you have rights on and other wikis you edit often. Make sure to tell your position if you have rights.
Since joining Wikia on November 13, 2012, I have edited on several wikis. I have administrative rights on the PAW Patrol, Pig Goat Banana Cricket, and PJ Masks Wikis, all of which I have the responsibility of being the primary administrator of. I am also a bureaucrat on all three. On those wikis, I oversee all that is edited and I make sure the wiki is always peaceful and clean.
Recommendations: Please give any recommendations from other users. We ask you to ask users who may know a lot about you and your working style to write up a recommendation about you, telling why they think you'd make a good admin. We prefer these users to be users you have worked with on wikis before. Please give at least one recommendation and at most, six.
No user has directly recommended me here, but there are some users who can certainly tell you of my experience and capability if asked: Tbrays30, Pablor, MarshallsiAnjingBomba, and Foxyfox7.
Other: Any additional information you would like us to know goes here.
I am almost 18 years old. I edit using a laptop computer and, occasionally, an iPad. My email is open 24/7 so I can always see when something is done on a page I follow, hence my almost-constant availability.
Questions
What do you think being an admin means?
To be an admin is to be considered an editor that is trusted enough to handle the responsibility of maintaining a wiki, which isn't always easy. An admin has the responsibility to keep a wiki looking clean, and ridding it of harmful users when necessary. An admin, most importantly, can be a role-model and inspiration for other editors to improve in editing skills and potentially become an admin themselves. An admin could also be considered a teacher.
How often do you come on wikia?
Daily. I attend to several wikis.
Would you be willing to make any sacrifices for the wiki?
I'm not exactly sure what kind of sacrifices are being implied, but I probably would.
What ideas do you have for the wiki? What skills of yours would you use as an admin and how would you use them?
I intend on developing navigation boxes for this wiki so that users can get to certain pages easier, which has already been approved by Secretagentgirl. If allowed, I also want to make customized color boxes for character pages, and a tab system so that users can get to a character's gallery/trivia/etc. easier. I'd like to develop a banner to be displayed across the navigation bar, but this is all up to my boss to decide. In response to the second question, I will use my grammar and editing expertise to make pages look as nice as they can, and will try my best to help resolve any issue that may come across the wiki.
What do you believe are the three most important qualities of an administrator?
Editing experience, maturity, and an open-mind.
What sets you apart from other candidates and makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
My long-term Wikia experience, along with my 3+ year experience of being an admin of wikis. I am available a lot of the time, especially in unusual hours, so I can keep an eye on things when other admins may be unavailable.
What key principles do you think are important when resolving conflicts between users?
Patience, most importantly. A conflict needs to be solved as peacefully and professionally as possible. If the wrong things are said, it could set off many kinds of consequences. I would do some research on what could be causing a conflict to see what else could be done. If things were to get so hostile to where I would lose control of a situation, I would probably give a temporary block to cool things down. I only block users if they are really being disruptive.
What would you do if you feel that another member of the administrative team is not living up to the principles outlined in our policies and your prior responses?
I would probably discuss it with my boss and give my input.
What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?
Being an administrator here wouldn't cause any major changes in my life. I can maintain it as I already work on other wikis daily.
What do you think you would struggle with most if you became a new admin and how would you try to defeat that struggle?
Honestly, I'm not sure. However, I am sure there would be way to defeat a struggle if one came along.
Why would you like to be an admin?
Sing is one of the best animated movies to come out in many years and its wiki deserves to be as top-of-the-line as possible, and I can help it get that way. I have a lot of free time and can keep an eye on things when other users may be asleep or unavailable.
Introduction: Give a short introduction about yourself as a person and a user.
I started to be a Wikian in Jan 24, 2015 from Despicable Me Wiki, and am now admin in at least three Wiki sites.
Work ethic: Give an explanation about how you work, how well you work with others, and what your working style is.
I am good at adding plots about the films and characters, and offer some screenshots if needed.
Specialties/Skills: Give an explanation about any skills you have that may help you as an admin.
Patrolling wiki daily to ensure no vandal is around, and adding contents that are vacant.
Weaknesses: Give an explanation about any weaknesses you posses that may affect you as an admin.
I may inactive sometimes because I am studying, and when other films are out as well. I am a foreigner so the my English may be weird sometimes.
Experience: List any experience you have on any other wiki. Please tell what other wikis you have rights on and other wikis you edit often. Make sure to tell your position if you have rights.
Admin of Despicable Me Wiki since 2016/1/6, of The Secret Life of Pets since 2016/9/11, of Hotel Transylvania Wiki since 2017/1/2; bureaucrat of IE Fanon since 2016/3/15, of Universal Studios Wiki since 2016/10/15, and etc. I am active in DM Wiki, Person of Interest Wiki, and Sing Wiki.
Recommendations: Please give any recommendations from other users. We ask you to ask users who may know a lot about you and your working style to write up a recommendation about you, telling why they think you'd make a good admin. We prefer these users to be users you have worked with on wikis before. Please give at least one recommendation and at most, six.
Some other admins at other wikis know me quite well, such as Guardiankfm120 and Molothrus Aeneus from DM wiki.

Questions
What do you think being an admin means?
I am here to improve IE-related wikis
How often do you come on wikia?
Almost daily
Would you be willing to make any sacrifices for the wiki?
Yes, as far as I can help
What ideas do you have for the wiki? What skills of yours would you use as an admin and how would you use them?
The structure and the design of the wiki is excellent already, only need a little bit modifications to perfect. My main edits here is to check the consistency of articles and improve statements.
What do you believe are the three most important qualities of an administrator?
Code ability, good attitude when communicating, and be as sensitive about the new of the films
What sets you apart from other candidates and makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
I am already admins at multiple wikis and the only admin at other main IE film Wikis, DM and Pets
What key principles do you think are important when resolving conflicts between users?
I guess, what new users who made some small mistakes need is to notify them about the rules. If there are quarrels, I will try to confont them and stop their acts when the case escalates. But, when it comes to random vandal, or those cross-wiki spammers, it is legit to give the most severe punishment, indefinte block.
What would you do if you feel that another member of the administrative team is not living up to the principles outlined in our policies and your prior responses?
I would at first tell them about the mistake, and then discuss the issue with bureaucrats, and when all the two don't work, I will tell the Wikia staff to fix this.
What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?
The routine of the wiki may change - I would have more time at the wiki, and drop the rights where I am not active.
What do you think you would struggle with most if you became a new admin and how would you try to defeat that struggle?
I may not able to continue the activeness. Be as best as I can.
Why would you like to be an admin?
The film is one of the newly liked films, and with more powers, I am able to make difference of the wiki. This wiki should be for those who are interested about the info of the film, and I can help protecting here.
Hello! I am Emily Van Slyke. I am a 21-year-old cartoon enthusiast and aspiring artist/cartoonist. I am very happy to be contributing to this wiki! :)
Work ethic:
I would say my work ethic stands at above average.
Any tasks that need to be completed have my undivided attention.
Specialties/Skills:
I am willing and able to determine and adapt to the potentially unique editing formats of different wikis.
I also try my best to be amiable and build rapports with wiki contributors when I engage in conversation with them.
Weaknesses:

At time of writing, my edit count on said wiki currently stands at 11,026.

Questions
What do you think being an admin means?
Administrator status is a privilege, not a perk.
An adminstrator is responsible for creating a friendly enviroment and running their wiki with fairness and respect.
It is the duty of an administrator to make decisions that benefit their wiki and make it thrive.
How often do you come on wiki?
I visit my favorite wikis (including this one) several times daily to scout for bad/unnecesary edits to undo, even when I'm not contributing myself at the time.
Would you be willing to make any sacrifices for the wiki?
This question is quite vague, so I'm not sure exactly what is being implied here.
If you mean something like forgoing leisure time to resolve problems/participate in necessary tasks on the wiki, I would definitely be willing to do that.
What ideas do you have for the wiki? What skills of yours would you use as an admin and how would you use them?
I would see what I can do about removing non-Sing-related information from articles.
I use my understanding of how wikis work to contribute properly.
What do you believe are the three most important qualities of an administrator?
1.) Complete lack of bias
To make decisions based solely on whether you like someone is a heinous abuse of power; anyone who does this is not worthy of the responsibility that is administrator status, nor do they understand what being an admin is about.
2.) Amiability
Friendly and welcoming administrators encourage a friendly and welcoming wiki overall. We need to set positive examples and be role models for new users. I believe that the social aspect of being an administrator is just as important as making consistent and productive edits.
3.) Productivity
Administrators are, of course, expected to contribute to the wiki just like any other user.
What sets you apart from other candidates and makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
I am usually able to be online for the entire day just about every day, which optimizes my ability to spot problems, conflicts, and the concerns of others on the wiki.
What key principles do you think are important when resolving conflicts between users?
1.) Understanding
The most essential part of resolving conflict is information on how said conflict started in the first place.
2.) When to actually step in
Most of the time, people are able to work out arguments between themselves by themselves. When such arguments start, admins should keep an eye on them, but only when things get out of hand and users start insulting each other and/or breaking wiki rules should someone like an admin step in.
What would you do if you feel that another member of the administrative team is not living up to the principles outlined in our policies and your prior responses?
If I deem an administrator no longer fit for their position, I will do everything in my power to see to it that they are demoted. I would discuss it with the rest of the team, and hold a community vote regarding their demotion if needed.
What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?
There is currently nothing that will change.
What do you think you would struggle with most if you became a new admin and how would you try to defeat that struggle?
When writing up important proposals, discussion threads, etc., I often neglect to ask others to look over/proofread what I wrote before I publish them. I will strive to seek the opinions of the right people beforehand when necessary.
Why would you like to be an admin?
While I was never seeking to be an admin anywhere, being responsible for the maintenance of a wiki about a topic I love is something I will cherish deeply.

Would you be willing to make any sacrifices for the wiki?
I would mostly make any sacrifices for the wiki.
What ideas do you have for the wiki? What skills of yours would you use as an admin and how would you use them?
I think that this wiki should code many more designs around this wiki to make this look wonderful. The badge image should change into pictures related to Sing. I would look for good images that are clear and not blurry and change that (Disneynickfan1 taught me how to do so.) I would use my coding skills to code many wonderful designs.
What do you believe are the three most important qualities of an administrator?
Three important qualities of an administrator would be honesty, hardworking, and kindness.

I would ask users what problem they have, how it should be resolved and get the story of what happened from both of the users' point of views.
What would you do if you feel that another member of the administrative team is not living up to the principles outlined in our policies and your prior responses?
I would talk to the user and if the problem is not resolved, I would talk to other administrators to see what could we do about this.
What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?
None would change. Being an admin isn't all about fun and games. It's about being a leader.
What do you think you would struggle with most if you became a new admin and how would you try to defeat that struggle?
I would struggle handling issues that I am not being able to handle and to defeat that struggle, I would ask for help. Another problem would be to check many edits because there may be many grammar and spelling mistakes that I would have to correct. To defeat that struggle, I will have to look at one at a time.
Why would you like to be an admin?
I want to become an administrator of this wiki because I loved the movie, Sing, and I wanted to be able to contribute to the wiki any way I can to make the movie well known to everyone. :)

Madisonrooney5 Introduction: Give a short introduction about yourself as a person and a user.
Hi, I'm Madisonrooney5. You could call me Maddie, or Madison. I loved the movie, Sing. I liked it because it was wonderful movie to watch. I also liked basketball (Go Golden State Warriors!). I used to live in Wisconsin, but now, I lived in Malibu, California because I wanted to continue with my basketball journey. I used to cheer for the Milwaukee Bucks, but now I liked the Golden State Warriors basketball team because of the fact that they have played very well for the past few years.
Work ethic: Give an explanation about how you work, how well you work with others, and what your working style is.

Because of that, I may not be available to be online everyday.
