"True Colors" is a song written by American songwriters Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. It was both the title track and the first single released from American singer Cyndi Lauper's second album. It was the only original song on the album that Lauper did not help write[1]. "True Colors" spent two weeks atop the US Billboard Hot 100, Lauper's last single to top the charts to date. In Sing, "True Colors" can be heard playing in a grocery store while Rosita shops, minutes before a closing announcement is broadcast over the PA system. This is followed by "Bamboléo" which Rosita dances to. However, "True Colors" is not included in the film's official soundtrack. Lyrics[Verse 1] Read more here... References
